All 15 councillors on the Planning Committee voted to reject the application as it stands, the level of sustainability and harm, being impossible to assess without the many missing pieces of evidence. GGGCouncillor, Pat Oven raised concerns about the insurmountable issues of proximity to the Thames basin SPA and questionable location of SANG and the future for the skylarks currently inhabiting the area was also raised.
