As a long-time resident and Parish Councillor for Shalford, Cllr Nigel Keane was somewhat surprised to see the Liberal Democrats claim that it was their policies were somehow responsible for litter picking (the Parish Council has organised and run litter picks in Shalford's villages for many year's) and that Conservatives are the competition in Guildford (when the Lib Dems & R4GV have held power for 4 years)!
