Court states -Key oil project must count full climate impact

The Supreme Court has ruled that Surrey County Council should have considered the full climate impact of burning oil from new wells - a landmark decision which will lead to greater scrutiny of future UK oil and gas projects. The case was brought to court by Sarah Finch on behalf of Weald Action Group
