The tragic death of former GGG Councillor, Patrick Sheard, led to the Guildford Borough Council By-Election for Send Ward which will be held on May 6th 2021.

The candidate for GGG is Guida Esteves

Julia lives in Send, where she also grew up. 

She graduated from the University of London with a master's degree in Public Administration and has a background in Public Policy Research.

Guida lives in Send and has been an active member of the local community since moving there 9 years ago. Saddened by the sudden death of GGG councillor, Patrich Sheard, Guida wishes to honour his memory by continuing his good work.
