13. Policy E3 - Maintaining Employment Capacity

  1. I object to the changes in relation to Policy E3 maintaining employment capacity which do not take account of my previous objections to this policy
  2. I object to the ill-informed policy of resisting change of use from B1a to residential because it flies in the face of positive property market solutions for the regeneration of brownfield land. It is also contrary to current government policy which has recently been reaffirmed and permits a change of use from B1a (offices) to C3 (residential).
